Kady Medford

Associate Consultant

Kady joined Wade Macdonald in 2024 as an apprentice to complement the Non-Qualified recruitment team, supporting Harry, Zoe and Keeley.

Kady is excited to start her career with Wade Macdonald and having already spent a few years working in customer service she understands the importance of building strong relationships.

Kady has already built up a strong candidate base and is enjoying supporting them in their career searches.

Outside of her venture into her recruitment career Kady has her birthday in October which means she makes a huge deal out of Halloween, even admitting she may prefer it to any other festivities in the year. She has now re-introduced herself to the Stairmaster at the gym, as an ex drama student she loves a boogie and with a large family and dog (Rocky) seems to keep herself busy most of the time.
