Rob Anderson

Director - Senior Finance

Rob has extensive experience recruiting into the Senior Finance market across the Thames Valley and London.

During that period he has stuck to one major core belief - treating all people the same and providing a quality service with integrity whether he is the person to place them into a new role or not.  This approach of trust and transparency has resulted in career as a dedicated recruiter with an impressive track record of successes but more importantly long-term relationships.

He remains passionate about recruitment and over the past 20 + years he has worked through every type of recruitment market. He has provided a consistent, personalised approach not only to assist clients and candidates but to those recruitment teams he has led.

Outside of work Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage children, playing sports including football and golf and managing his local children's football team for nearly 10 years . He is also passionate about a wide range of music but would undoubtedly travel anywhere and anytime to watch the Cure.
