Keeley Hamblin

Senior Consultant - Accountancy and Finance

Keeley joined Wade Macdonald in 2021.

As a specialist in permanent finance recruitment, Keeley focuses on the transactional and part-qualified finance market across the Thames Valley. Her mission is to support clients and candidates in building successful finance teams and advancing impactful careers. Keeley takes a genuine, people-focused approach to recruitment, providing hands-on support and striving to deliver the highest level of service throughout the recruitment cycle.

Keeley works closely with both candidates and clients. For candidates, she offers tailored support with CV refinement, interview preparation, and career guidance to help them secure the best opportunities. For clients, she provides insights on salary expectations, market trends, and advice on structuring interviews to attract top talent effectively. Her goal is to make the recruitment process as smooth and successful as possible for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Keeley enjoys life’s simple pleasures—taking long walks with her dog, Mabel, starting a new DIY project, or catching up with friends. Although don't be fooled, she is also a black belt in Karate and used to be found playing scrum half for her local rugby team in Reading!
