About the Job:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting early careers and professional hiring across multiple UK offices, ensuring the smooth running of the Talent Acquisition function.
Duties will include:
- Supporting graduate and apprentice hiring cycles, including coordinating applications, scheduling interviews, and administering psychometric tests
- Managing diaries for hiring and HR managers and keeping the ATS system updated
- Assisting with event planning for career fairs and assessment centres
- Creating and issuing employment paperwork, managing onboarding actions, and maintaining recruitment folders
- General HR and administrative support, including answering queries and managing the recruitment inbox
- Creating social media content to promote hiring opportunities
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or with an agency. You possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience with early careers hiring is beneficial, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms is essential.
