Senior Reward Business Partner
Location: Hybrid/London
Salary: £110,000-£130,000 plus extensive benefits package

About the Role:
As a Senior Reward Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the Reward Team, working closely with the Reward Director and collaborating with the leadership team. You will focus on delivering tailored reward solutions, providing commercially-focused, pragmatic advice, and ensuring the reward strategy aligns with the organisation’s needs both now and in the future.

Duties will include:

  • Leading financial analysis and modelling related to total compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity
  • Managing the annual pay review, in collaboration with HR and Finance
  • Overseeing the bonus budget and accrual process with key stakeholders
  • Designing and refining incentive schemes to support business growth
  • Preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee
  • Benchmarking reward strategies, using external data to inform recommendations
  • Producing audit and regulatory reports
  • Managing relationships with external remuneration advisers
  • Leading and mentoring Reward analysts

About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills, with a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience working in a matrix organisation, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a good understanding of regulations affecting Financial and Professional Services. Leadership experience and the ability to build credibility at a senior level are essential.
