Salary: £120,000 - £150,000, Bonus, Car Allowance, Shares.

This executive role will involve overseeing a group of business units within a growing portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting M&A activities, and contributing to overarching growth strategies.
Duties will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve divisional and company-wide objectives.
- Overseeing the performance of multiple business units to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and identifying cost-saving initiatives.
- Supporting M&A activities by identifying and acquiring target businesses.
- Mentoring business unit leaders to foster leadership development and continuous learning.
- Enhancing operational processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Acting as a key liaison between business units and executive leadership.
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have multi-business and jurisdictional management experience, with a strong background in software-related sectors. You will be commercially astute, with expertise in financial management, P&L oversight, and M&A deal flow. A strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, you will be confident in making informed decisions and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
