About the Job:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing both weekly and monthly payroll for 250-300 employees in Ireland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
Duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll for 250-300 Irish employees
- Processing payroll adjustments including bonuses, benefits, and statutory deductions
- Ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation and company policies
- Submitting statutory payroll reports and filings to Irish authorities
- Providing payroll support and advice to employees and management
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors and payroll software providers
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of payroll processes
About the Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will have strong experience in Irish payroll, including managing both weekly and monthly payroll cycles. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll legislation, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
