About the Job:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for both weekly and monthly pay cycles, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will also be the point of contact for employee queries and work closely with HMRC.

Duties will include:

  • Processing monthly and weekly payrolls, including year-end returns and P60s.
  • Managing auto-enrolment pensions and statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAP.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll data and processes.
  • Handling payroll-related queries and liaising with HMRC when required.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of payroll operations and data.

About the Successful Applicant:
You will have over two years of payroll experience, ideally with knowledge of SAGE Payroll or similar systems, and be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. You should be highly organised, meticulous, and able to adapt to changing priorities, working effectively within a team.
