What will the role involve:
- Developing an L&D strategy
- Developing a graduate scheme
- Reviewing the Leadership program
- Presenting a blended learning solution for the business
- Maintaining the LMS
- Working with the business and being supported by HR
What experience do you need?
- Previous experience in L&D
- Ability to design, create and deliver content for training
- Knowledge of working with an LMS
- Management of Learning and Development projects
- Experience of managing training programmes with internal and external partners.
- Experience in blended learning approaches.
- Creative problem solver
