Learning and Development Specialist, Wallingford, £35,000-£40,000, Hybrid Working

What will the role involve:

  • Developing an L&D strategy
  • Developing a graduate scheme
  • Reviewing the Leadership program
  • Presenting a blended learning solution for the business
  • Maintaining the LMS
  • Working with the business and being supported by HR

 

What experience do you need?

  • Previous experience in L&D
  • Ability to design, create and deliver content for training
  • Knowledge of working with an LMS 
  • Management of Learning and Development projects 
  • Experience of managing training programmes with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in blended learning approaches.
  • Creative problem solver
