About the Job
As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organisation's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing key insights to support decision-making. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll manage a small team and be instrumental in driving financial performance.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Line management of the finance team.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to group.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK and international accounting standards.
  • Reviewing and improving financial processes and controls.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to support business growth.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with extensive experience in financial management gained within the software or telecoms sector. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
