About the Job:
In this pivotal role, you will lead and support complex organisational transformations, including the management of TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy consultations. Partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of ensuring these critical processes are handled seamlessly, aligning with both legal requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead on managing restructures, including redundancy selection and pooling criteria.
  • Offering expert guidance on TUPE transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance.
  • Managing redundancy consultations and providing support to employees during times of change.
  • Drafting settlement agreements and overseeing related legal procedures.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to drive complex change projects and address employee relations challenges.
  • Analysing HR data to spot trends and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

 

About the Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing organisational change, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy consultations. Your deep knowledge of UK employment law is matched by your exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to juggle competing priorities. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
