HR Assistant, £25,000-£28,000, Slough, Office based

About the client:

Join a prestigious and well-established leader in the aviation industry, renowned for its innovation and excellence. Our client offers a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity and new ideas are encouraged. They are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team!

 

Duties will include:

  • Onboarding new starters
  • Acting as first point of contact for any HR queries.
  • Supporting with the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining the HRIS.
  • Co-ordinating leavers.
  • Note taking
  • Providing support to ad-hoc projects.
  • Scheduling meetings or events.
  • Assisting with processing payroll

 

About the successful applicant:

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years' experience within an HR admin role and best practices in recruitment and selection. You should have strong organisational and administrative skills, experience across the employee lifecycle, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality are essential.
