About the Job:
As the Head of FP&A, you will manage the financial planning, analysis, and management reporting functions for the organisation across Europe. You will oversee a small team, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, while supporting the CFO with key financial insights.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the monthly and quarterly European financial reporting processes.
  • Leading the preparation and review of financial reports and forecasts for multiple European units.
  • Coordinating and improving the delivery of forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans.
  • Supporting European management and the Corporate HQ with ad-hoc analysis.
  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing financial team.
  • Representing FP&A in European Finance Managers' meetings.

About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a manufacturing and multinational environment. Strong technical skills in accounting, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential, experience with Hyperion would be highly beneficial. You are a confident communicator and effective team leader, comfortable with process improvement and managing deadlines, with an element of resilience.
