Location: Berkshire (Remote) occasional travel
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits

About the Job:
The Head of Finance will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization. This leadership position demands a proactive approach to financial management and a strong understanding of IFRS standards. You will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance and facilitating informed decision-making within the company.
Duties will include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
- Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide financial insights and support growth initiatives.
- Managing and mentoring the finance team to foster professional development and high performance.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within the organization.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with a strong background in financial controlling within the telecommunications or software sector. You will possess a solid understanding of IFRS standards and demonstrable experience leading financial operations. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences are essential.
