Finance Manager – German Speaking
Location: Hybrid, High Wycombe
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 per annum

This position focuses on managing financial operations with a specific emphasis on supporting German-speaking colleagues. The role will involve overseeing financial risk, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and handling compliance for German financial processes.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Credit Control team with debt recovery.
- Managing customer credit limits and assessing financial risks.
- Handling customer queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Liaising with German auditors and ensuring compliance with VAT and other government records.
- General administrative support as required.
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with a minimum of two years' experience in finance, ideally involving German auditors. Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT (including advanced Excel). The ability to manage teams remotely and attention to detail are key.
