About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a dynamic finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Matching, coding, and inputting supplier invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Processing payment runs
- Assisting and providing cover for Credit Control
- Assisting with month-end closing tasks
- Supporting the finance team with audit preparation and queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies
About the Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a finance role, strong administrative capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
