About the Job
Supporting the Financial Controller through a critical phase of the financial calendar, this interim role focuses on statutory audit and year-end reporting. You'll be working closely with external auditors and the wider finance team to ensure compliance with both UK GAAP and US reporting standards.
Duties will include:

Assisting in the preparation and review of statutory accounts

Acting as a key liaison between external auditors and internal stakeholders

Supporting consolidation processes and year-end close

Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards

Managing audit deliverables and responding to auditor queries

Assisting with reconciliations and technical accounting papers where needed
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with proven experience in statutory reporting, preferably within a multinational or US-listed environment. Strong knowledge of audit processes and technical accounting, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, is essential.
