About the Job:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our client’s team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Duties will include:
- Managing the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Liaising with auditors and managing internal controls
- Supervising a small finance team
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals. A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is required, along with significant experience in a similar role.
