Finance Manager - Witney - £65,000 - Hybrid working

About the Job:
In response to ongoing expansion and the integration of acquired businesses, the Group Finance Team is seeking a proactive Finance Manager. This role is pivotal in coordinating and supporting finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing monthly reporting and financial compliance.
  • Collaborating with multiple finance teams to meet reporting requirements.
  • Working with the M&A team to manage data and documentation for acquisitions.
  • Ensuring correct accounting for group restructuring.
  • Assisting the Group FP&A team with accurate budgeting.
  • Producing Group statutory accounts in coordination with the Financial Accounting team.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Group Finance Team.

About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate is a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong analytical and numerical skills. They should be adept at building productive relationships, have a collaborative mindset, and be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Experience in internal financial reporting and external financial statements is essential.
