About the Job:
This role requires an experienced Finance Director to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic guidance to support business growth. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive the company's financial strategy.
Duties will include:
- Leading financial planning, analysis, and risk management
- Supervising accounting and finance teams
- Overseeing audits and internal controls
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reporting on financial performance quarterly and annually
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Contributing to corporate fundraising and relationship management
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have proven experience in a senior finance role within a high-growth business, alongside expertise in accounting principles and financial analysis. Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency with SAP are key, as is experience in multi-country finance regulations. An ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualification is required.
