Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and cost optimisation
- Manage headcount forecasting and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with governance and financial standards
What You’ll Need:
- Qualified Finance Professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong financial acumen & analytical skills
- Ability to communicate finance to non-financial stakeholders
- Dashboarding skills and reporting to senior management team
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
