Bicester | Up to £60,000,  10% Bonus & Benefits. This role is office based.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic advice to support decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will collaborate with various departments, support new initiatives, build business cases, and contribute to the organisation’s growth strategy.

Duties will include:

  • Taking ownership of annual budgets and forecasts, working with department heads to align financial plans with company strategy.
  • Preparing and delivering financial reports, analysis, and insights on business performance.
  • Supporting senior leadership with management information and KPI reporting to drive commercial performance.
  • Assisting in the development of strategic and commercial initiatives, including business case proposals.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Providing financial guidance on operational efficiency, cost management, and investment decisions.
  • Evaluating the financial impact of new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales initiatives.

About You

You will be a fully qualified finance professional (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or ICAS preferred) with experience in finance business partnering. Strong financial modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) are essential, along with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and present insights effectively. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders across the business and drive informed decision-making. A detail-oriented and proactive mindset will be key to supporting process improvements and enhancing efficiencies.
