About the Job:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial management of a major capital project. Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the capital project
  • Providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate cost tracking and control, maintaining alignment with project milestones
  • Managing project-related financial risks, identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives
  • Partnering with operational teams to ensure the project remains on budget and within scope
  • Preparing financial reports and updates for presentation to executive leadership
  • Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with substantial experience in financial management within large capital projects. Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic insight, are essential. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing competing priorities.
