Finance Business Partner, Bracknell, Hybrid, £50,000 - £60,000
My client, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a division of a large pharmaceutical firm to lead on strategic insight and provide financial expertise.
What will your responsibilities in the role be?
- Provide financial guidance and inform decision making whilst partnering with various internal stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, forecast and budgets to support the planning process. Identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
- Support on month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive process improvements, contributing to development of business strategies by providing analysis and recommendations.
What experience do you need for the role?
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel to advanced level, with the ability to manipulate complex datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights from financial data.
What else would add to your application?
- Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with TM1, Power BI, enhancing the ability to present financial information.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical industry would be excellent in addition to other experience.
