About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting financial processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your role will involve handling accounts payable, liaising with suppliers and debtors, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Duties will include:
- Processing purchase requisitions, invoices, and supplier payments
- Preparing and managing lettings invoices and overseeing outstanding payments
- Administering the school meal system and managing related finances
- Assisting in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensuring financial policies and procedures are adhered to
- Supporting the finance team in achieving value for money across all operations
About the Successful Applicant
You will have a minimum of a years experience, along with strong Excel skills. Experience in an education setting is desirable. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a finance team.
