Temporary Credit Controller - Abingdon - Hybrid - £13-£15 per hour

About the Job:

As a value member of the credit team, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from assigned accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving billing issues, ensuring timely payments, and working closely with various departments to address customer queries.

Duties will include:

  • Resolving billing issues and monitoring invoice status via online portals.
  • Managing communications through Salesforce with various stakeholders.
  • Handling customer calls and resolving queries.
  • Chasing outstanding debt following the resolution of billing issues.
  • Adhering to company policies and operational procedures.

About the Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and experience in using multiple software systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
