About the Job
In this role, you will support the Head of Billing and Credit Control by leading a medium-sized team to maximise cash collections and minimise financial risk.
Duties will include

Managing and optimising the team's performance

Conducting performance reviews, coaching, and providing feedback for professional growth

Minimising risk through effective collection and debt management

Analysing customer accounts for legal action suitability and managing the legal process

Coordinating with branches on legal cases and providing collection activity reports

Addressing escalated credit control issues and liaising with clients
-
Assisting with process improvements and preparing reports for management
About the Successful Applicant
-
Experience in management of litigation cases, and insolvency case management and able to demonstrate a background of working on cases involving receivership.

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
-
At least 4 years of experience working in credit control

Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Intermediate Excel skills
-
A full driving licence
-
Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
