Corporate Finance Analyst
Location: West London / Hybrid

A rare opportunity for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join this incredible employer in supporting their ambitious financial growth strategy.
You will be part of a team evaluating investment opportunities, supporting financial planning, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the group. Working with senior stakeholders and both internal and external partners providing data-driven insights and effective financial management.
Key responsibilities;
Financial Analysis
Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools.
Produce regular corporate finance reports and conduct credit rating analyses.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and key industry developments.
Financing Transactions
Assist in evaluating, negotiating, and executing financing arrangements such as debt issuance, private placements, and capital market instruments.
Coordinate transaction processes, including due diligence, investor presentations, and legal documentation.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the point of contact for operating companies, internal departments, rating agencies, banks, and law firms.
Collaborate with teams on capital expenditure planning and investment projects.
Ensure financing instruments are accurately administered by back-office teams.
Requirements:
Qualified / Part - Qualified (near completion) - essential
Financial analysis and corporate finance expertise (Funding & Debt experience) - this is not an M&A role
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking preferred.
Awareness of financial markets and business trends.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadline
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset.
