About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Billing Coordinator to join the growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop within the accounts department and contribute to the company's ongoing success.
Duties will include:
- Finalising invoices and credit notes
- Managing the Accounts Receivable mailbox
- Addressing invoice queries
- Posting client payments in Sage and allocating them appropriately
- Determining revenue accruals and/or deferrals based on project stages
- Conducting regular sales reporting against budget and forecast
About the Successful Applicant
- Strong administrative skills
- A background in a similar role
- Detail-oriented, capable of learning new systems quickly, and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A minimum of A-level qualifications or equivalent is required
- AAT and experience with Sage 50 would be an advantage
