About the Job

As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will work 30 hours per week, providing essential support to streamline communication and operational tasks. This role focuses on maintaining seamless workflows related to partner cases and sales inquiries.

Duties will include:

  • Managing and responding to emails promptly to ensure efficient communication.
  • Escalating urgent or unresolved issues to relevant team members or management.
  • Monitoring partner cases and ensuring they progress effectively with timely updates.
  • Overseeing the sales email inbox, routing queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assisting with creating and categorizing tickets for partners to track requests and issues.
  • Checking and updating the status of cases, collaborating with teams to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Providing general administrative support to enhance office efficiency.

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, and a collaborative approach with keen attention to detail is essential.
