About the Job:
This role is perfect for a qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing annual accounts preparation and various tax-related tasks for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Duties will include:
- Preparing annual accounts for sole traders, small limited companies, partnerships, and LLPs
- Updating client accounting systems with year-end adjustments
- Preparing corporation tax returns and supporting schedules
- Preparing self-assessment tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and property investors
- Handling VAT submissions and resolving related issues
- Managing client relationships and understanding their needs
- Working within a service delivery team to exceed client expectations
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA or ICAEW) with at least 4 years of practice experience. You will have a strong grasp of accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Mentoring skills and a collaborative attitude are highly valued.
